Instructions for tax payment through challan at Bank Counter
1. Authorised Bank Personnel will login into the application using Userid and Password as Given to the Bank.
2. After successful login,one can click on 'Upload' or 'Download' link.

If 'Upload' link is chosen there will be two options.One option is for a>Tax payment through challans for VAT and other acts except Profession Tax and another option is for b>Profession Tax.

4. If option "a" of point 3 is applicable then choose 'Tax paid through challans for VAT and other acts except Profession Tax' link and upload the control file.
5. If the control file matches the validation rules then the Application will prompt to upload data file.
6. If the data file also matches the validation rules then the records from both(control file and data file) will be stored in database.
7. To upload 'Profession Tax' related data, choose 'Profession Tax' link and upload the control file and follow the same steps like above mentioned file upload.

8. When 'Download' link is chosen in point 2 there will be two options.One option is for a>Tax payment through challans for VAT and other acts except Profession Tax and another option is for b>Profession Tax.
9. If option "a" of point 8 is applicable then choose 'Tax paid through challans for VAT and other acts except Profession Tax' link to generate and download XML.
10. Click on 'Click to generate XML' button to start populating the XML. This will take few minutes.
11. Do Not close the Browser until 'XML created successfully' message appear on the screen.

After the XML file is populated click on 'Click To Download' button to download the file in Zip format.

13. Save the file and extract using WINRAR/WinZip to view the XML file.
14. To download 'Profession Tax Master' related data, choose 'Profession Tax' link to generate and download XML like above mentioned steps.
15. To change password, Click 'Change Password' link. Follow the instructions to Change Password.
16. At the end, the user of the Application should log out.
